Nach Wunsch und für eine intensivere Wirkung durch die höhere Wärmeentwicklung, können Sie den Kopf zuerst mit Frischhaltefolie und anschließend mit einem Frotteehandtuch einwickeln.
Lassen Sie die Kokosöl-Haarkur etwa 15-30 Minuten einwirken, spülen Sie anschließend alles mit lauwarmem Wasser gründlich aus und waschen Sie es mit einem milden Shampoo.
Haarkur mit Kokosöl zur Kräftigung des Haars
Zutaten für die diese kräftigende Kokosölhaarmaske:
- 4 Esslöffel Kokosöl
- 2 Esslöffel Honig
- 1 Eigelb
Anwendung
Das Öl wird wie bei der ersten Haarkur mit Kokosöl zur weiteren Benutzung vorbereitet und anschließend mit den anderen Zutaten gründlich vermischt.
Auch diese selbstgemachte Kokosöl-Haarsmaske wird gründlich in Haar und Kopfhaut einmassiert und 15 bis 30 Minuten einwirken gelassen. Abschließend spülen Sie alles aus und waschen die Haare mit einem milden Shampoo.
